Wilner Mathurin, is a professor and lawyer specializing in the rights of foreigners and modern languages. He holds a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, also a Master's Degree in Educational Science from NSU, Southeastern University of Florida. Wilner has taught several courses, some of which are languages and basic computer both nationally and internationally.
Currently, he is a teacher, a researcher in neurolinguistics at Pantheon Sorbonne University in Paris, France.
